Gourmet sauce that expresses the taste of the vegetables we harvest in the garden and the herbs from the forest corroborated by a delicate hint of star anise. Ingredients: sprouted chickpeas, seasonal vegetables (herbs, black cabbage, thistles, potatoes) seasonal herbs (farinello, nettle) olive oil, high oleic sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, rock salt, star anise, mallow, horsetail. It is a perfect condiment with a fresh and natural flavor for pasta and rice. Chickpeas, green vegetables and star anise create an irresistible ensemble, managing to cover the entire spectrum of flavours: with every tasting you will discover a new aromatic nuance. Its creaminess and recognizable but at the same time balanced taste make "Verde Stellata" the perfect filling for many recipes: you can try it inside pasta cannelloni or in onigiri (Japanese rice balls) but it even goes beautifully with meat (and therefore, why not, try a foray into stuffed roasts). Also excellent for appetizers, on canapés and focaccias or as a condiment for pasta (one jar is enough for 4/5 people).
