Refund policy

In the event of receipt of products that do not conform to the orders or are defective, the Customer has the right to have the conformity of the product restored free of charge by replacing it.
Upon delivery of the products by the courier appointed by Agrispazio, the Customer is required to scrupulously check: a) that the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered; b) that the number of pieces delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the packaging and products or the mismatch in the number of pieces/packages must be immediately reported, or in any case communicated within 24 hours of delivery, by the Customer. In the event of a dispute or late communication by the Customer, Agrispazio will not refund or replace products that do not conform to the orders or are defective.
Bottles with a cork defect will be replaced and shipped to the Customer at the expense of Agrispazio after the Customer has sent the defective bottle including its original cork.
