Ireo Bianco and Mordigallina Rosso come from our high hill vineyards in an area surrounded by woods, whose wild nature we have supported. On the label we have represented the constellation Cygnus (originally called Gallina) with its double star Albireo which emits a blue and orange light, the same colors as the Mordigallina wild flower that grows in the vineyard.

After two years without treatments, the experience of the vineyard manifests itself in all its fullness, as a reflection of a renewed landscape where the absence of work allows a surprising variety of plants and blooms to emerge.
