MORDIGALLINA

Ireo Bianco and Mordigallina Rosso come from our high hill vineyards in an area surrounded by woods, whose wild nature we have supported. On the label we have represented the constellation Cygnus (originally called Gallina) with its double star Albireo which emits a blue and orange light, the same colors as the Mordigallina wild flower that grows in the vineyard.

Mordigallina comes from vineyards on the edge of a large forest and brings with it a dual solar and lunar soul, the secret life of the undergrowth and the free winds of the ridge.

Alchemical wine made without any substance and treatment in the vineyard and cellar.
