IREO
White 2017

Ireo Bianco and Mordigallina Rosso come from our high hill vineyards in an area surrounded by woods, whose wild nature we have supported. On the label we have represented the constellation Cygnus (originally called Gallina) with its double star Albireo which emits a blue and orange light, the same colors as the Mordigallina wild flower that grows in the vineyard.

In this vintage Ireo is enriched by the grapes of a new abandoned vineyard, brought back to life to collect its precious existence and bring a new landscape into the bottle.

Alchemical wine made without any substance and treatment in the vineyard and cellar.
