Sweets fermented and leavened thanks to the sourdough created with spring water, wholemeal flour and lime flowers, considered since ancient times to be the custodian of sunlight, like wheat. They reflect the shape and name of the flower bud before flowering, as a tribute to the sunflower (from which the cream present in the buttons is born) and to the spontaneous plants that grow together with our cereals.

Ingredients: wholemeal soft and durum wheat flour, fermented sunflower cream (sunflower seeds, water), raw sugar from Italian beets, fresh sourdough (wholemeal soft wheat flour, water), caramelized orange pumpkin (pumpkin, sugar raw beetroot, orange peel), olive oil, Malvasia grape must, alchemical pomace, Bourbon vanilla bean.
