The classic recipe for baci di dama is revisited in a totally vegetable version with wholemeal flour from our wheat, grown in fields free from treatments like centuries ago, and hazelnuts toasted on our wood stove.
Ingredients: wholemeal flour from soft and durum wheat , toasted hazelnuts , olive oil, raw sugar from Italian beets, dark chocolate, natural cream of tartar from wine barrels, sodium bicarbonate.
