Surprising dessert created by Chef Marcus and made with our purest vegetables: our wholemeal flour, sprouted chickpeas, sunflower seeds and a touch of bitter almonds which restores the fullness of the amaretto flavour.
It can be kept for a week at room temperature and two weeks in the refrigerator. It can be heated for a few minutes in the oven at 180 degrees to enhance the kinesthetic experience.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, sprouted sunflower seeds, raw beetroot sugar, sprouted cooked chickpeas, sunflower seeds, olive oil, bitter almonds, natural cream of tartar from wine barrels, bicarbonate of soda, whole rock salt.
